Kent Randolph "Bent"  Whitfield Jr.
Mr. Kent Randolph “Bent” Whitfield, Jr., 42, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Friday, August 11, 2018. He was a son of Bernice Wright Whitfield and the late Kent Randolph Whitfield, Sr.

“Bent” was a graduate of Travelers Rest High School. He further studied at Greenville Technical College in Residential and Commercial Building and Introduction to Craft Skills, and at Project Host CC Pearce Culinary School.

He was a faithful member of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, where he was an usher and attended Kingdom Assembly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kent R. Whitfield, Sr.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his mother, Bernice Wright Whitfield of the home; three sisters, Deshaunna (Dreco) Leamon, April (Jerome) Smith, and Shamika Whitfield, all of Greenville, S.C.; one brother, Kaiser (Washita) Whitfield of Seneca, S.C.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
