Ms. Affie Jane McGowan Hampton, 74, of Greenville South Carolina, passed on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born to the late Rufus Bud and Ocsie Whitner McGowan.
Surviving: one daughter, Misty Brewer of Greenville, SC; two sons, Charles (Ericka) Brewer of Simpsonville, SC, and Perry (Sharon) Brewer of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Shirley Ladson of Greenville, SC and Ossie Lee McGowan of Charlotte, NC; three brothers, William (Angela) McGowan of Anderson, SC, Raymond McGowan of Greenville, SC, and Rufus (Gwen) McGowan of Springfield, MA; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Thursday, March 17, 2022, 12Noon at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
