Aley Goodwin

Ms. Aley Marquisha Goodwin, 21, of Gray Court, South Carolina, departed this life on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at Greenville Health System.

Aley was a graduate of Laurens District 55 High School. While there, she was a member of the Raider Band and the South Carolina Youth All-Stars.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Charles R. Goodwin, Sr., and Nancy Smith Goodwin; maternal grandparents , William Brooks and Pacita Johnson Jones; great-grandparents, Leuvenia Counts Edwards and Brinton Edwards.

Left to treasure many fond memories are her parents, Charles R. Goodwin, Jr., and Kimberly Johnson Goodwin of Gray Court, SC; two sisters, Shaquanda Goodwin of Simpsonville, SC and Erica Goodwin of Gray Court, SC; one brother, Charles Ray Goodwin, III, of Simpsonville, SC; niece, Nevaeh Goodwin; grandfather, Frank Jones; aunts, Sonya Johnson, Antonia Jackson and Doreen Rodgers, all of Greenville, SC and Victoria Richardson of Sumter, SC; uncles, Virgil (Wanda) Franklin and William Franklin and a host of other relatives and friends.
