Mr. Ampt “Uncle Bug” Murray, Jr., 75, of Easley, passed on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. He was a son of the late Ampt, Sr. and Nettie Lue Turmon Murray.
Surviving: two daughters, Yvonne Downs and Stephanie Murray, both of Easley, SC; two sons, Anthony Murray of Easley, SC, and Ampt M. (Kimberly) Murray of Williamston, SC; one sister, Inez (MacDavid) Johnson of Easley, SC; two brothers, Willie (Dorothy) Murray of Elberton, GA, and Frankie Dubose of Greenville, SC; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Sunday, February 7, 2021, 12:30 pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with burial at Cades Chapel, Elberton GA.
