Ms. Ann Marie Cobb “Mama Ann” Gantt, 74, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at her granddaughter’s residence. She was a daughter of the late James Sherman and Myrtle Renrick Cobb.

Surviving: her longtime companion, Calvin Gantt of Greenville, SC; seven children, Tammy (Kyle) Martin, James Patrick Cobb both of Greenville, SC, Chanta Cobb of Piedmont, SC, Dwayne Cobb, Victoria Andrews, Antonio Gantt, Jimmy “Tab” Cobb, all of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Katherine (Johnny) Miller of Greenville, SC and Carolyn (Roger) Sullivan of Fresno, CA; two brothers, Willie James Cobb, and Theodore (Annette) Cobb both of Greenville, SC; twenty-four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Saturday, March 2, 2024, 2:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
