Ann Knox

December 5, 1952 — April 11, 2016

Mrs. Ann Elizabeth Knox, 63, of Easley, passed at McCall Hospice House on Monday, April 11, 2016. A daughter of the late Clarence and Dorothy Allen Price, she was born in Easley and resided there throughout her entire life.


She was a member of Allen Temple AME Church. Mrs. Ann loved taking care of children and others, movies/TV shows and word search books.. Her favorite color was navy blue. While she was not into flowers very much she loved rock beds full of all sizes, shapes and colors along with ceramic turtles and frogs. She also loved Aquariums and a good cake for special occasions! Her favorite shows included Criminal Minds and Law & Order SVU. She loved watching love stories and action movies such as Law Abiding Citizen, Rumor Has It, Pretty Woman, Dirty Dancing, A Walk To Remember and anything that starred her favorite actors/actresses Kevin Costner, Rob Lowe, Tyler Perry, Meryl Streep, Jennifer Anniston and Halle Berry

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Demetrius Knox.

Surviving: husband, Tony Knox; daughter, Tonya Knox of Easley; sisters, Betty Carol Neal of Easley and Virginia Price (Thomas) Dillard of Greenville; brothers, Johnny Lee (Bonnie) Walker of Grand Forks, ND, Thomas Price of Six Mile, and James (Bonanza Byrd) Price of Greenville; special friend and love, Harvey Lee, Jr. of Greenville; nieces, Avis Neal, Brandy Byrd, Courtney Dillard, Brittany Walker; nephews, Jervokah Neal, Christopher Dillard, Isaac Dillard, Justin Walker, Jamonye Byrd; best friend, Patricia Garrett Nickels; five great-nieces; ten great-nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
