Audrey McEntyre

Mrs. Audrey Jemerson McEntyre, 56, of Charlotte, NC, departed this life on December 15, 2015, at her home. She was born in Paterson, NJ, a daughter of Marion “Frisco” Allen and Joanne Jemerson Allen.

A graduate of Eastside High School in Paterson, she was a former IT recruiter and a member of Nations Ford Community Church.

She was predeceased by her brother,Warren Jemerson and grandmother, Fannie Bell Ellis.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Barnabus I. McEntyre of the home; sons, Dah’Genius Daron McEntyre of the home and SSGT. Malcolm Marcus (Crystal) McEntyre, Sr., of Waynesville, MO; sisters, Julie D. Jemerson of Asheville, NC and Sharon Jemerson of Charlotte, NC; brothers, Bobby Jemerson of Goldsboro, NC and Rodney (Marier) Jemerson of Charlotte, NC; aunt, Virginia “Ms. V” Davis of Matthews, NC; uncle, Robert Ellis of Greenville, SC; two grandchildren, Makayla McEntyre and Malcolm M. McEntyre, Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
