Barbara Bobo

February 2, 1940 — August 6, 2019

Ms. Barbara Ann “Bobbie” Bobo 79, of Easley, South Carolina passed on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at McCall Hospice House. She was a daughter of the late Tommy Joe and Lizzie Griffin Austin.
She was a high school graduate of Clearview High School in Easley, South Carolina and was employed at Mayfair Mill in Easley, South Carolina. She attended Easley Union Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Arthur Lee Austin, William Austin and Matthew Austin; three sisters, Virginia Craig, Faye Chandler and Brenda Stewart.

Left to cherish fond memories are two daughters, Elizabeth (Edgar) Scott of Pendleton, SC and Gwendolyn Bobo of Easley, SC; one sister, Clara (Monte) Ladson of Simpsonville, SC; five brothers, Joe Henry Austin, Ray Bruce Austin, Charles Alfred Austin, Tommy Joe Austin, Jr. and McDaniel Austin, all of Easley, SC; one grandson, Chris Bobo of Easley, SC; two great-grandchildren, Zoe and Elijah; two special nieces, Diane Land of Easley, SC and Cherish Pendergrass of Greenville, SC; two great-great-nieces, Azia Adams and Asia McGowan; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
