Barbara Heard

Ms. Barbara “Christine” Heard, 66, of 106 Booker T. Circle, Easley, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2015. Born in Easley, she was the daughter of the late James McNeil Heard, Sr. and Laura Wingfield. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Heard, and brother, James McNeil, Jr.

Surviving: daughters, Angela (Eric) Dickerson and Cassandra (Rodney) Campbell, both of Easley; son, Michael (Andrea) Heard of Spartanburg; sisters, Glenda Faye Heard of Portland, Oregon, Judy M. Heard of Greenville, and Patsy Heard-Hunt of Travelers Rest; brother, Danny L. Heard of Jacksonville; eight grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Monday, June 22, 2015, 3:00 PM, New Foundation Baptist Church, 556 Lenhardt Rd, Easley, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
