Ms. Barbara Jean Singleton, 86, passed Thursday, December 31, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Earl and Ollie Singleton.
Surviving: one son, Charles (Carrie) McDowell; one grandson, Quendavion McDowell; one granddaughter, Latoya Baker; two great-grandchildren, Kylie and Kaliyah; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Friday, January 8, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with a burial at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
