Barbara Woody Byrd

Mrs. Barbara “Bobby” Woody Byrd, 59, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at her home. She was a daughter of the late Henry Louis and Jacqueline Fernandez Woody.

“Bobby” worked at Kemet Electronics for over twenty-eight years as a Team Leader and Operator. She was member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Jacqueline Woody; a sister, Maneice “Neacy” Woody and brothers, Jack Hollis Woody and Richard Lee Woody.

Left to treasure many fond memories are three sons, Robert Byrd of the home, David Odell Woody of Spartanburg, and Demetrick Shaun Woody of Glendale, Arizona; one sister, Sara Ann Fernandez of Spartanburg; two brothers, Louis (Sharon Ann) Woody of Piedmont and Flynn (Elizabeth Ann) Woody of Greenville; four grandchildren, Dashaun Markell Woody, Megan Robinson, Kyiah Sims and Morgan Robinson; her devoted pet, Blade and a host of other relatives and friends.
