Mrs. Bernice Jones Barton, 93, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Monday September 20, 2021, at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Robert and Lillie Ware Jones.
Surviving: two daughters, Rosa (Theodore) Nelson of Simpsonville, SC and Linda Barton of the home; one son, Lonny (Ambrea) Barton of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Hattie Mae Latimore of Burlington, NC and Wyvonia Lea of Altamahaw, NC; one brother, Daniel Jones of Granite Qurry, NC; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchldren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Monday, September 27, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary, with interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
