Betty Jean Finnie

June 14, 1950 — May 10, 2024

Greenville

In loving memory of Betty Jean Finnie, born on June 14, 1950, in Macon, GA, to the late Mamie Johnson Finnie and Elmer Finnie, Sr. Betty's journey began in a home filled with love, alongside her siblings, Glenda Finnie, Jimetta Finnie Littlejohn, Elmer Finnie, Jr., and Alvin Finnie, all of whom she now joins in eternal peace.

Though Betty didn't bare children of her own, her nurturing spirit touched the lives of many. She lovingly cared for her nieces and nephews, including Jil Littlejohn Bostick (Dejr), Keith Finnie (Paula), Kenneth King, and Elmer Finnie, III. Her connection with her siblings through her father later in life brought further joy and unity to their family circle.

Betty's legacy extends beyond her immediate family; she leaves behind a host of great nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of family and friends who were touched by her kindness and grace.

Her quick wit, infectious laughter, and undeniable charm endeared her to all who knew her. Betty's memory will continue to bring warmth and joy to those whose lives she touched, and her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
