Beverly Griffin

August 27, 1956 — July 17, 2018

Ms. Beverly Lynn Griffin, 61, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at NHC Healthcare, Mauldin. She was the daughter of Edward “Bo” Floyd and the late Eva Mae Griffin.

She was a graduate of Parker High School and retired from BB&T as an Analyst.

Beverly was a faithful member of Faith Cathedral until her health declined. She served as President of the Junior Pastor's Aide, Queen of the Donut Fundraiser, a member of the National Women’s Convention and Sunday School.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Eva Mae Griffin; one brother, Mark Griffin; one sister, Rev. Sandra Griffin - Tate; one sister-in - law, Lillie Foster Griffin; three aunts, Louise Hill, Shirley Davis-Haggins and Mary Elizabeth Barksdale and one uncle, Earl Davis.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are her father, Edward “Bo” Floyd; nieces, Shaun Griffin, Nisa Griffin (James) Milam, and Tiffany Foster; nephews, Jonathan (Tawana) Durham and Travis Gibson; great - nieces, Skylynn Gibson, Shayla Griffin, Kayla Griffin, Jonay Griffin, Kequna Burts, Shaquion Durham, Makayla Durham, Danisha Thompson and Nyla Scott- Gibson; great - nephews, Demetrius Griffin, Demondre Young, Teiko Thompson, Antonio Griffin, Dominique Turner, Chavis Fuller, Landon Gibson, Tradon Gibson, DeAndre Smith-Gibson, William Gibson, Quavis Gibson and Jonathan Durham; and a host of other relatives and friends.
