Bishop Ernest W. Mayer, 71, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Thursday May 13, 2021, at McCall Hospice House, Simpsonville, SC. He was the son of the late Harvey and Ellen Toland Mayers.
Surviving: his wife, First Lady Francine Mayer of the home; two daughters, Michelle McCullough of Greenville, SC and Londale Evette (Franklin) Durham of Lima, OH; four sons, Fabian (Temeka) Mayer of Greenville, SC, Ernest F. Mayer of Lima, OH, Jonathan (Pastor Natoshia) Mayer of Simpsonville, SC and Benjamin Mayer of Greenville, SC; twenty-four grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, May 22, 2021, 12:00noon, at Rock of Ages Baptist Church, with interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
