Mr. Bobby Lee Robinson, aka ’Head,” “ Bobby Rob” or “Bro,” of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Thursday, March 28, 2019. He was a son of the late Jack and Sara Walker Robinson.
He attended St. Giles Bartholomew Primary School and Irvington Tech High School. He received an associate degree in Water Treatment and Industrial Technology from Anderson College.
He was employed at Kennel Metal Company for over twenty-six years and currently worked at Nutra Manufacturing GNC as a blender. He loved music, especially Jazz, cars and trucks, along with food prepared by his wife.
Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his wife, Alma McCarroll Robinson of the home; one daughter, Aquesha Robinson of Clemson, SC; one son, Jarrett Cowans of Anderson, SC; two brothers, Douglas Robinson and Steve (Penny) Robinson, both of Newark, NJ; nine grandchildren Karter Robertson, Alessia Cowans, Jordyn Cowans, Jaden Cowans, Jayceon Cowans, Jamari Cowans, Karter Webb, Jarrett Cowans and Journey Cowans; three aunts, Billie Ruth Hosea, Doris Ramsey and Garnell Walker, all of Seneca, SC; four uncles, Bobby Robinson, Clifford Walker, Nathaniel Walker, all of Seneca, SC, and Luther Hosea of Newark, NJ; two godsons, Gavin Brown and Jemalle Williams; a sisters-in-law, Marie (Wesley) Shaw and Ethel Crawford; brothers-in-law, John (Pam) Johnson,Floyd (Ferrell) Johnson and Dr. Clarence Dollison, Jr.; special friends, Albert Williams, Wayne Pepper and Amos Herbert; and a host of other relatives and friends.
