Brucie Adams

Mrs. Brucie Viola Williams Adams, 82, of Marietta, South Carolina, passed on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Prisma Healthcare Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Pickens County, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Bessie McGowens Williams.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Dorland E. Adams, Jr., two sons, Bruce (Marie) Adams of Marietta, SC and Craig Adams of the home; five sisters, Martha Williams and Rodessa Barton, both of Greenville, SC; Gladys Davis of Travelers Rest, SC; Gloria (Luke) Todd of Mauldin, SC and Bessie “Libby” (Vernon) Sullivan of Greenville, SC; one grandchild, Virginia Tucker; two great-grandchildren, Zamiya Donaldson and Seriah Donaldson; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Saturday, June 11, 2022, 3:00pm at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary with interment in Shoals Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Easley, SC.
