Mr. Calvin Hayward Dowdy, 72, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at his residence. He was a son of the late Clyde and Clara Berry Dowdy.
Surviving: one son, Dyshuntrae (Alfreda) Dowdy of Woodruff, SC; one sister, Mattie Dowdy of Augusta, GA; three brothers, Carl Dowdy, and Joe Dowdy, both of Greenville, SC, and Marcus (Cindy) Dowdy of Marietta, SC; one grandchild, Jahrii Dowdy; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral Service: Tuesday, March 15, 2022, 11:00am at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with interment in the M.J. “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
