Mr. Carl Dexter “Tot” Smith, 76, of 127 Davidson Drive, passed on Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Pruitt Health Hospice of Anderson. Born in Seneca, he was the son of the late Dexter Carl and Eveline Henderson Smith. He was preceded in death by spouse, Larry Ellis Smith.
Surviving: stepdaughter, Helena (Hank) Allen of Chester, PA; step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
