Carrie Hood

Mrs. Carrie Ruth Hood, 95, Piedmont, South Carolina, passed on Friday, December 11, 2020. She was a daughter of the late Willie James and Emma Durant Sullivan.

Surviving: six daughters, Ernestine Leamon of Greenville, SC, Cardury Blackwell of Seattle, WA, Frances (Rev. William) Henderson of Piedmont, SC, Towanda Bowens of Greenville, SC, Kelly (Leroy) Stoddard of Fountain Inn, SC and Vanessa (Dale) Robinson of Simpsonville, SC; three sons, Terry (Brenda) Hood of Indiana, Clayton Hood of Texas and Lavaughn (Melissa) Hood of Piedmont, SC; one sister, Emma Lee Mosby of Indiana; one hundred twenty-three grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Saturday, December 19, 2020, 12:30 pm, at Flat Rock MBC, with burial at Greenville Memorial Gardens.
