Catherine Henderson

Mrs. Catherine “Cat” Jackson Henderson, 72, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at her home. She was a daughter of the late Hosie Jackson and Johnnie Mae Peden Robinson.

She was educated in the Greenville County School System and formerly worked at Dunean Mill, Cone Mill and in housekeeping at the Embassy Suites Hotel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Willie B. Henderson.

Surviving are a daughter, Stephanie (Luis) Pieretti of Killeen, TX; four sons, Willie (Tawanna) Henderson of Greenville, SC, Michael Jerome (Mary) Jackson of Piedmont, SC, Robert (Beatrice) Jackson of Greenville, SC, and Bobby Henderson of Spartanburg, SC; two sisters, Tawanna Jackson of Milwaukee, WN, and Dot Patterson of Greenville, SC; an adoptive sister, Doris Flemming of New Jersey; seven brothers, Hosie Jackson, Bobby Jackson, Ralph Jackson, Charles Jackson and Phillip Jackson, all of Milwaukee, WN, Michael Duncan and JoJo, both of Greenville, SC; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
