Charles Robinson

Mr. Charles Gambrell Robinson, 79, of Mauldin, passed on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at Prisma Healthcare. He was a son of the late James Odell and Beulah Gamble Robinson.

Charles was a graduate of Bryson High School, Class of 1960. He retired after 26 years from in the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant. He was a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon and former Trustee, attended Sunday School and worked in the sound room.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Katie Mae Robinson; and three brothers, James O. Robinson, Jr., Samuel B. Robinson, and William Perry Robinson.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his daughter, Lori Robinson of Marietta, GA; two sons, Charles (Robin) Robinson, Jr., of North Charleston, SC, and Eric L. (Cynthia) Robinson of Greenwood, SC; a sister, Barbara Hope Robinson of Greenville, SC; a brother, Thomas G. (Malinda) Robinson of Greenville, SC; three grandchildren; Katie Maria Robinson, Kellon L. (Neeisha) Robinson and Erilan A. Robinson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
