Christine Moseley Lyles

September 6, 1943 — January 27, 2018

Mrs. Christine Moseley “Tine” Lyles, 74, of 40 Foxhall Road, Greenville, South Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at her home.

She was a loving mother and homemaker. She was a member of Mt. Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church. A faithful member since childhood, she served in the Gospel Chorus and Senior Choir.

She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Moseley and was married to Walter A. Lyles, Sr.

She leaves to cherish many fond memories, two sons, Walter A. (Sandra) Lyles, Jr., and Roderick T. Lyles, both of Greenville, SC; three daughters, Wanda L. Lyles, Lonita L. (Bennie) Avery, and Carlista S. Lyles, all of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Julia Moseley Wilson and Carrie L. Moseley, both of Greenville, SC; one brother, Joseph Moseley, Jr., of Chandler, NC; eight grandchildren, Latoria Lyles, Leshia (Darryl) Bogan, Shanita (Antwan) Robinson, Christie (Michael) Wilson, Alisha Lyles, Joshua Lyles, Myisha Lyles and Christopher Lyles; eleven great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
