Mr. Christopher A. Kerns, 54, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed on Monday, December 27, 2021, at Atrium Health, Charlotte. Born in Greenville, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Alvin F. Kerns, Sr., and Carolyn Phelps Kerns.
Surviving are three daughters, Ericka Workman, Ebonee (Victor) Coudayre, and Chelsea Turner, all of Greenville, SC; five sons, Brandon Turner of Atlanta, GA, Christopher Workman, Antonio Workman, and Tony Turner, all of Greenville, SC, and Dominick Kuhns of Longview, WA; two sisters, Cassandra Denton of Knoxville, TN and Renetta Norman of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Alvin Kerns and Landis Kerns, both of Charlotte, NC; and a host of grandchildren, great-grands, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Friday, January 7, 2022, 12:00noon at Watkins Garrett and Woods Mortuary with private interment.
