Ms. Clara Mae Downs, 75, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed August 3, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. She was a daughter of the late Perry Downs and Lillie Mae Bivins.
Surviving: one daughter, Gwendolyn Downs of Bronx, NY; two sons, James “Peanut” Downs of Bronx, NY and George Derrick Downs of Allenhurst, GA; one brother, James (Brenda) Downs of Greenwood, SC; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing Only: Tuesday, August 11, 2020, 12:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary, with a private burial.
