Mrs. Clara Waters, 71, of 11 Collinson Road, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2014, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late A.C. Stewart and Gennie V. Foggie Stewart.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bishop Joseph F.L. Waters Sr., two sons; Joseph F.L. Waters Jr., and Douglas Lee Waters.
Surviving: Daughter: Ann (Gregory) Neely of Greenville. Son: James Waters of the home. Sister: Thelma Stewart of Greenville. Eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, November 8, 2014, 5:00 P.M. at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with a private burial.
