Darlene Brown

Mrs. Darlene Maddox Brown, 57, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Friday, December 13, 2019, at McCall Hospice House. She was a daughter of the late Earl, Jr., and Bertha Mae Brown Maddox.

She was a 1980 graduate of Parker High School.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kevin J. Brown; and two sisters, Patricia Ann Brown and Alice Louise Brown.

Left to cherish many fond memories are two sons, Kevin Brown of Greenville, SC, and Fredrick (Derricka) Brown of Taylors, SC; three sisters, Judy Elaine Brown of Greenville, SC, Brenda NaQiyba Muhammad of Atlanta, GA, and Gwendolyn Maddox of Brooklyn, NY; one brother, James Earl (Robin) Maddox of Greenville, SC; five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

To have known Darlene was to have loved her, and you’ve become family, I’m going to miss you, Baby Sis. Tell the rest of the family I said hello.
