Mr. David Thompson, 65, of Greenville, passed on Sunday, May 16, 2021, at his residence. He was a son of the late Wallace, Sr. and Lillie Ruth Thompson.

He is survived by his daughter, Shareeka Thompson of Greenville, SC; two sons, Terrance Thompson of Atlanta, GA and David James Thompson of the home; fiancé, Denise Carter of the home; four sisters, Mary Thompson of Greer, SC, Betty Sullivan, Delores Thompson, and Geraldine Thompson, all of Greenville, SC; four brothers, Wallace (Patricia) Thompson, Jr., and Johnny (Lisa) Thompson, both of Greenville, SC, Charles (Terry) Thompson of Greer, SC and Richard (Betsy) Thompson of Gray Court, SC; two grandchildren, Dezmon Freeman and Cameron Freeman; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
