Deacon Preston Posley passed on September 28, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. He was the son of the late Eugene and Sadie Paden Posley.He was the husband of the late Threasa Davis Posley
He was a retiree of Shedd Corporation and owner and operator of Posley’s Barber Shop.
He is survived by his son, Preston A. (Deborah) Posley of Greenville, SC; daughters, Phyllis Posley and Tobita Posley-McKinney both of Greenville, SC; sisters, Nellie Posley (James) Brown of Taylors, SC and Bernice Posley of Greenville, SC; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
