Deacon Robert Walker

Deacon Robert Ray Walker, 77, of Piedmont, South Carolina, departed this life on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at home. He was the son of the late Dave and Bessie Henderson Walker.
He was a 1961 graduate of Bryson High School and retired from Dan River Textiles. He attended Cedar Grove Baptist Church, and was a graduate of Martin Webb Learning Center.
Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his loving wife, Mary Frances Jackson Walker of the home; three daughters, Brenda Sweeney (Ron), Andrea (Shawn) Walker-Williams and Kim (Tarik) Little, all of Simpsonville, SC; one son, Tony (Shontell) Walker of Greenville, SC; three sisters, Majorie Sherman of Mauldin, SC, Shelby (Erskine) Johnson of Simpsonville, SC, and Daisy Jeanette Walker of Greenville, SC; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
