Debra Ann White

Ms. Debra Ann “Peanut” White, 58, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. She was born in Greenville County and was a daughter of the late Willie Frank and Ella Mae Thompson White.

She attended school in the Greenville County School System and was employed for many years at Furman University as a cook. She attended Macedonia Baptist Church from an early age.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Anthony Lamont White; and two grandsons, Maddox White and Langston White.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are two sons, Rashun (Danielle) White of Welford, SC, and Timothy White of Easley, SC; four sisters, Barbara (Ray) Santos of Los Angeles, CA, and June (Harold Lee) Potter, Jacquline White and Janice White, all of Greenville; a grandson raised in the home, Akleious White, and five other grandsons; two aunts, Dorothy Griffin and Alberta (Otis) Arnold; a dear friend, Sonny Owens of Greenville; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
