Mrs. Debra Ann "Deb" Sullivan Polk

Mrs. Debra Ann “Deb” Sullivan Polk, 67, of Taylors, South Carolina, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 20204. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Sullivan and Samuel Arnetta Tate. 

Surviving: two sons, Nathaniel Damon (Sara) Polk, of Taylors, SC, and Jacques Jamar “JJ” (Pam Stewart) Sullivan, of Greenville, SC; three sisters, Shirley (Larry) Williams, of Anderson, SC, Dr. Teresa (Bruce) Buford, of Simpsonville, SC, and Kimberly (Timothy Kendrick) Sullivan, of Anderson, SC; five brothers, John(Eileen)Young, Eddie (Geneva) Sullivan, and Dwight Sullivan, all of Greenville, SC, and Patrick (Eleanor) Tate, of Columbia, SC; four grandchildren, four granddaughters, Keonni Polk, Damiah Polk, Sarai Polk, and Jayda Sullivan, all of Greenville, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends. and a host of other relatives and friends.
