Mr. De’vajae Marquece Jones, 20, of Greenville, SC, departed this life on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 16, 1996 in Greenville County.
De’vajae attended Southside High School and participated on the Greenville High Rugby Team, where he was an outstanding player. He also attended Sunday school and served on the junior usher board at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.
Left to treasure many memories are his parents, Cynthia Jones and Reggie Sullivan of Greenville; maternal grandparents, Douglas and Freddie Jones; aunt, Sonjia (Mike) Baker of Greenville; cousins, Brianna and Savon Baker; two great-aunts, Margaret (Bill) Blassingame of Greenville, and Shirley Griffith of Norristown, PA; two great-uncles, Don Wilson of Greenville and William Jones, both of Greenville; and a host of family and friends.
