Dolphus Thomason

Mr. Dolphus L. Thomason, 76, of 801 West Washington Street, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016, at Greenville Health System. Born in Simpsonville, he was a son of the late Edgar and Ruby Martin Thomason.

Surviving: wife, Mary Lee “Patsy” Brown Thomason of Greenville; daughters, Laconya Carter of Mauldin, Minister Portia (Sage) Mansell of Greenville, and Amesia Howard of Mauldin; sons, Elliott Thomason of Greenville, Derrick (Katherine) Thomason of Greenville, and Dolphus (Celeste) Thomason, Jr. of Providence, RI; brother, Robert Thomason of Greenville; fifteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
