Doris Nelson

Mrs. Doris Lucille “Dot” Nelson, 81, of Greenville, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017, at Magnolia Place of Greenville. Born in Greenville, she was daughter of the late Warren Huff and Francis Freeman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Allen Nelson.

Surviving: sons, Thomas Nelson of Anderson and Lewis A. Nelson, Jr. and Kevin Nelson, both of Greenville; sisters, (Twin) Dorothy Moore, Genevie Webb, Barbara A. Leach, all of Greenville; brothers, Herman Freeman, Bennie Freeman, Rufus Freeman, Willie Earl Freeman, and Lenwood Freeman, all of Greenville; four grandchildren, Tony Nelson, Michael Nelson Choretta Nelson and Malik Nelson; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
