Mrs. Doris Thurman, 64, of 80 Thurston Drive, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at her home. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of Ada Lee Chapman Williams of Greenville, and the late Willie Milford Thurman.
Left to cherish many loving memories, in addition to her mother, are her daughters, Martha (David) Kelley, Venesha Chase, Ada Sheppard, and Mia Chase; son, Allen Chase; sisters, Diane Thurman, Valerie Black, Vickey (John) Samuels, and Hattie Williams; brother, Willie Thurman, Jr., Rev. James (Teresa) Thurman, Michael Thurman, Trenell Thurman, Ted Thurman, and Darnell (Mary Ann) Thompson; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
