Dorothy Brown

Ms. Dorothy Lashonda “Shonda” Brown, 40, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Thursday May 10, 2018, at her home. Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of Mary Harris Tolliver, and the late Willie Harris.

“Shonda” received an associate degree from Brown Mackie College. She was a Business Office Manager for Loads of Blessings.. She attended Mountain View Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Harris, and two aunts, Frances Whiteside and Betty Fuller.

Left to cherish many loving memories are her mother, Mary (Charles) Tolliver of Greenville; a special friend, Carmella Davis of Atlanta, GA; three daughters, Rashonda Brown, Breshonda Brown, and Essence Brown, all of Greenville; two sons, R’Darius Johnson of Greenville, and Calvin Pannell of Springfield, MA; two sisters, Utoya Brown and Tasha Dendy, both of Greenville; three brothers, Antione (Wendy) Brown of Long Island, NY, Ray (Jennifer) Brown of Summerville and Willie Brown of Spartanburg; one grandchild, Royal Brown; an uncle, Lonnie Harris of Greenville; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
