Mrs. Dorothy Faye Bowen Woods, 77, of Easley, South Carolina, passed on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at St. Francis Hospital, downtown. She was a daughter of the late Frederick Douglas and Mildred Sitton Bowen.
She was married to the late John Woods for 48 years.
Surviving: one son, Dr. Marcus (Felicia) Woods of Louisville, KY; one daughter, Sonya Woods of Conway, SC; two sisters, Joyce B. (Maxie) Ruth of Spartanburg, SC and Oree Maxine (Tyron) Johnson of Orlando, FL; two grandchildren, Charles Wilkcon Woods, and Jasper Felix Woods; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Tuesday, December 27, 2022, 1:00pm at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
