Mrs. Earnestine Epps Locke, 62 of Maidens, Virginia passed on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Henrico Doctors Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late James Ernest Epps and Sarah Arnold Epps.
She is survived by her husband, Paul A. Locke of the home; sister, Shirley Epps Young and her husband, Floyd J. Young of Easley, SC; one brother, James Harold Epps of Greenville, SC and a host of other relatives and friends.
