Easter Floyd

Mrs. Easter Mae Wilson Floyd, 70, of Greenville, South Carolina, transitioned to her Heavenly home on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at Magnolia Place Nursing Home. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Robert Wilson, Sr., and Mattie Mae Murray Wilson.


She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Daisy Lee Wilson Mansell, Caroline Ruth Lewers and a grand-daughter, Quinnitsha Lashaun Denise Wilson.

Left with many fond memories are her daughters, Angela V. Hill of Greenville, SC and Towanga (Shelton) Calhoun of Knoxville, TN; sons, Willie Mayes Wilson of Bristol, TN and Dereck A. Wilson of Greenville, SC; sisters, Mattie Sarah Wilson, Mary Jane Wilson, and Barbara L. Williams, all of Greenville, SC; brothers, James A. (Susan) Wilson of Taylors, SC, Robert Wilson, Jr., George “Bumpy” Wilson, Murray D. Wilson, and Irvin J. Wilson, all of Greenville, SC; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
