Edward Young

Mr. Edward “Eddie” Young, III began his life on January 16, 1966, in Greenville and ended on January 27, 2016. He was a son of Dianne Williams Young and the late Edward Young, Jr.

He was educated in the Greenville County School System and was a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University. He was an employee of BMW Manufacturing and a member of Long Branch Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandfather, Edward Young, Sr.

Surviving, in addition to his mother: devoted wife, Janice Simpson Young of the home; daughter, Miaka Simpson (James) Little of Cary, NC.; son, Edward Roemello Young, IV of the home; sisters, Sonya (Charles) McCullough of Columbia and Veronica Williams and Tracy (Bernard) Smith, both of Greenville; brothers, Ronald L. Young and David T. Young, both of Simpsonville; grandmother, Faye Young of Greenville; aunts, Marie Young, Barbara Bruster and Jacqueline Young, all of Greenville; uncles, Robert Young, Mitchell Young, Michael Young and Joseph Young, all of Greenville; great-aunt, Annie Williams; great-uncle, John Williams; three grandchildren, Mya Simpson, Aubrey Little, and Romani Derricks; and a host of other relatives and friends.
