Surviving, in addition to his mother; wife, Rebecca M. Hazel; one daughter, Gracie Hortense Hazel of the home; one son, Calvin Hazel, III of Raleigh, NC; two sisters, Terri (Thomas) Hazel-Griffin of Aiken and Patricia Smith-Blocker of Bronx, NY; two brothers, Randall Hazel of St. Lucia, FL and Raymond Willie Hazel of Beech Island; one grandchild, Anthony Jamison Hazel and a host of other relatives and friends.
