Elder Henry Puckett, Jr., 71, of Mauldin, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023, at Greer Post Acute. He was a son of the late Henry, Sr. and Janie Mae Mathis Puckett.
He was married to Deborah Puckett for 48 years.
He achieved the rank of US Staff Sargent in the US Army.
Surviving, in addition to is wife, one daughter, Shamika Renee (Thomas) Smith of Mauldin, SC; one son, Damiko Hill of Baltimore, MD; three sisters, Elaine Jenkins and Sharon Puckett, both of Atlanta, GA, Lena Moore of Greenville, SC and Sara Jackson Puckett of Lorraine, OH; one brother, Eric Puckett of Greenwood, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation: Thursday, March 23, 2023, 10:00am, - 11:00am, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Funeral Services: Thursday, March 23, 2023, 11:00am, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, with interment in M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery, Anderson SC.
