Elizabeth Franklin

Mrs. Elizabeth Sloan “Sook” Franklin, 87, passed on Monday, August 29, 2016, at Anmed Health, Anderson. Born in Travelers Rest, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Ida Mae McGowan Sloan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Franklin.
Surviving: daughters, Janice Franklin, Linda Franklin, Angela Franklin and Loretta (Larry) Jones, all of Greenville, Gloria Franklin of Columbia, and Zantine Franklin of Liberty; son, Harry Franklin of Greenville; sister, Prophetess Effie Johnson of Washington, DC; brother, Leroy Sloan of Greenville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
