Mrs. Ether Belle Newton Doctor, 86, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at her residence. Born in Hampton County, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late William and Patience Duncan Newton.
She was married to the late Nathaniel Doctor for 47 years.
Surviving: one son, Thomas Leon (Tamarra) Green of Columbus, OH; two sisters, Margaret newton of Bowie, MD and Patricia Newton-Chambers of Greenville, SC; one stepbrother, William Ferguson of Greenville, SC; a goddaughter, Teresa (Andrew) Green of Greenville, SC; a host of nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
Graveside Services: Tuesday, December 27, 2022, 1:00pm, at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
