Evelyn Freize

Mrs. Evelyn Adams Brown Freize, 90, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Monday, April 4, 2022, at NHC Healthcare Mauldin. Born in Greenville County, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Sarah Bolden Adams and the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was the widow of the late Clarence Travis Freize.

Surviving are four daughters, Gwendolyn Brown of Carrollton, GA, Evelyn Wilson of Columbia, SC, Carolyn (John) Fleming of Springdale, MD, and Benita B. Floyd of Simpsonville, SC; two sons, John Willie Brown, Jr. of Simpsonville, SC, and Ronnie S. Brown of Columbia, SC; thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Tuesday, April 12, 2022, 1:00pm at Faith Tabernacle Baptist Church with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
