Fenris Copeland

Mr. Fenris Philander “Phil” Copeland, of Greenville, South Carolina, was born July 10, 1967, to George and Rosetta Copeland. He departed this life on February 25, 2018, surrounded by his family.

Fenris gave his life to the Lord at an early age and was baptized at Queen Street Baptist Church.

Fenris graduated from Carolina High School in 1986. He exemplified his abilities on and off the field, he played football and ran track. Phil took karate and learned valuable lessons,self–discipline and the golden rule that followed him into his adulthood.

He leaves to cherish many fond and loving memories, his mother, Rosetta “Rose” McClintock Copeland of Greenville, SC; father, George (Juanita) Copeland, Jr., of Taylors, SC; one daughter, Sheniqua Copeland of Greenville, SC; one son, Travazeric Copeland of Greenville, SC; a sister, Latonia Copeland of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Christopher Copeland and George Copeland, III, both of Greenville, SC; two grandchildren, Tyler Copeland and Kendle Copeland, both of Greenville, SC; an uncle, James (Pat) Milton of Greenville, SC; two aunts, Betty Williams of Taylors and Pauline (Jeff) Roubaud of Greenville, SC; a loving cousin, Harvis (Karen) McClintock, Sr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
