Mr. Frankie Daniel “Frank” Byrd, 76, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Ellen Sagar Nursing Center in Union, South Carolina. He was a son of the late Edward and Inez Posey Byrd and the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Mr. Byrd was the husband of Brenda Taylor Byrd for 24 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Amya Byrd of the home and Kimeka “Dug” Mayes of Greenville, SC; three sons, Eric Mayes, Christopher “Chris” Jones, and Frankie Jones, all of Greenville, SC; a host of grandchildren; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Graveside Services: Saturday, May 13, 2023, 3:30pm, at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
