Freddie Goldsmith

Mr. Freddie Lee “Papa” Goldsmith,66, of 119 Woodville Road, Pelzer, passed on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at Greenville Health System. He was a son of Rev. F.H. Goldsmith and the late Minnie Lee Williams Goldsmith.

Surviving: his wife, Linda Jackson Goldsmith of the home; his father, Rev. F.H. (LaMuriel) Goldsmith of Mauldin; two daughters, Racquel (Lamont) McCrary of Williamston, and Shayla Simmons of Greenville; two sons, Virgil (Ingrid) Howell of Atlanta, GA, and Brandon Goldsmith of Greenville; two sisters, Brenda Goldsmith Shaw of Zebulon, NC, and Bonita Goldsmith Douglas of Durham, NC; two brothers, Laverne Goldsmith of Simpsonville, and Robert Goldsmith of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, Zyan Simmons, Yasmin King, Xavier McCrary, and Vanessa Erwin; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
