Mr. Furman Dirton, 89, of 12 Boling Road, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at his home. Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Emiziah and Lula Evans Dirton.
Surviving: wife; Callie Dirton of the home: daughter; Cynthia (Fred) Nichols of Suwanee, GA: sons; Furman (Sandra) Dirton, Jr. of Greenville, Curtis (Sandra) Dirton of Alpharetta, GA, and Roderick (Vickey) Dirton of Stone Mountain, GA: sister; Carrie Smith of Mauldin: six grandchildren: three great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service: Saturday, December 6, 2014, 2:00 PM at Friendship Baptist Church, with burial in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
